Head Pro

Talor began his coaching career at the age of 14, working under national junior coaches at the Margaret Court Tennis Academy in Albury, Australia.  He went on and majored in Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong, focusing on strength and conditioning in addition to anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology. Using this knowledge, Talor created complete training programs for internationally-ranked juniors at the International Tennis Federation in Fiji, one of only three ITF regional training centers across the world.

After his tenure in Fiji, Talor began working at Woods Tennis Center in 2010, and was named Head Pro shortly after his arrival due to his  impact on both individual players and the program as a whole.  Talor’s students annually finish at the top of the state and Missouri Valley rankings with several competing at the national level. He enjoys the challenge of finding little improvements in elite players' game as well as being a part of a beginner player's introduction to tennis. He loves how the program at Woods has developed and enjoys seeing the success of all the players and coaches.

Talor is a former Chair of the Nebraska Tennis Association 10&Under Committee, and has received the Contributor to Youth High Performance Award numerous times and 10&Under Contributor Award at the Nebraska Tennis Association annual awards, as well as the Missouri Valley Contributor to Youth High Performance award. Talor is married to Caitlin and they have two daughters, Tilly and Poppy.
